Conference Accommodation
If you plan to attend this year's conference, please book your room at the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort as soon as possible. We are holding a block of rooms at the special conference rate but will have to release any un-booked rooms in early September. People who try to book at the last minute will risk missing out on the conference rate, or even perhaps not getting a room at the venue.
See the Next Conference page for details.

Korn Ferry Hay Group Webinar
For members who missed the introductory KFHG webinars in May, a recorded version is available on Webex. The 30-minute presentation outlines plans for the NRG surveys in 2017. You can view it here. (Note that you may have to install Cisco Systems Webex components in your web browser before viewing the presentation.)
The webinar introduces KFHG's people and shows the survey program calendar from input workshops through data collection to the publication of the surveys in September.

NRG is pleased to announce that it has formed a new partnership with Korn Ferry Hay Group to provide our survey services. A formal agreement was completed in early April, and KFHG will soon begin contacting members with news of the 2017 survey cycle. The activities will kick off with the HR Practice & Benchmarking Survey (HRPBS). This year's surveys will be delivered in the same format as members are used to.
In addition to processing our surveys, KFHG will be helping NRG to expand its membership and we look forward to a range of new opportunities and developments as we head towards the 2017 conference.

NRG is pleased to announce that Maureen Hovy will again be running a WorldatWork Course at the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort before this year's NRG conference. This year's course is Business Acumen for Compensation Professionals and will be held on the 17th and 18th of October at the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort. Those wishing to gain WaW GRP certification will sit the exam on the morning of the 19th, and be able to stay on for the NRG conference kick-off that evening.
While the title suggests the course is aimed at reward/remuneration professionals, people from other areas of HR would benefit from attending and everyone is welcome to register. Full details on the course and registration details are available via the following link:
