A number of documents for use during the 2019 conference are now available.  Just go to the News & Resources page and look in the last 10 documents uploaded, or select 'Conference Handouts'.  The documents include an active PDF you can use to record your conference feedback, and a handy map of the resort showing where the activities will be held.

Hi there, still experiencing some challenges with putting files on the site, but the 2019 conference agenda with full details is now available.

Hi all, we are having some problems updating our website at present. Until they are fixed, please note that the conference registration form is ready for use and the 2019 Novotel accommodation booking form is available in the News & Resources section. The full conference agenda will be released soon. For now, the key things to know are that the conference will open in the early evening on Wednesday 23rd October and finish at lunch time on Friday 25th October.

News Flash: We have made some adjustments to the 2018 conference agenda to work better with the logistics around the bus transfers.  The updated version was posted on Wednesday 17 October.

We will be going green for this year's conference.  All members will be able to download the usual working papers from the NRG website.  We will also give all registered conference delegates a link to an online folder that will be easier to access using a smartphone or tablet device.  (The link will be sent by email before the conference opens in case you want to print a document yourself.)  The speakers' notes will be published as soon as possible after the conference on the website.

Members who missed the survey input workshops run by Korn Ferry Hay Group in June can catch up using an audiovisual version of the workshop and associated notes.  Also recommended for those who want to check up on a specific point.  See the News & Resources section under "survey input: input tools".

NRG is pleased to announce that the WorldatWork GRP course to be run in conjunction with our conference this year is "Market Pricing: Conducting a Competitive Pay Analysis".  The course will be customised to Australian conditions and a special discount on the course fee is offered. See the Next Conference page for more information and a link to the registration page.

The NRG Committee met last week and began discussing the program for the 2018 conference.  We have some good ideas on the table already, but if you can suggest a great speaker, please get in touch with Chris Quin at ExxonMobil or Max Pontin, the NRG Secretary.

The 2017 conference wrapped up at lunchtime today. A great group of people enjoyed some excellent presentations and networked with colleagues from across the country. Already looking forward to the next one!
